  • In conjunction with APCC, selected Tutorial will be held on Sunday 2nd Oct 2011 at Sutera Harbour Resort, Kota Kinabalu.
  • You may register for Tutorials without registering for the conference and are not included in any conference registration category.
  • Registration is open until 31st August 2011 at http://edas.info/r10399. Please indicate which tutorial you will attend to ensure adequate seating and tutorial materials are provided.
  • If it is necessary to cancel a tutorial, liability of APCC 2011 is limited to refund tutorial fee.

Registration Fee for Paper Presentation PDF Print E-mail

Registration Policy

  • A minimum of one author from each accepted paper MUST register at the FULL registration fee (member or non-member) by 15th August 2011.
  • One full registration can cover a maximum of two papers.
  • Refunds of registration fees will not be made under any circumstances following the inclusion of the paper in the APCC 2011 Conference Proceedings. • "Member" rates apply to members of IEEE, IEICE, Korea Information and Communications Society (KICS), and China Institute of Communications (CIC).
  • ALL registrations include access to all Conference sessions, Conference Proceedings and Coffee Breaks.

Final Paper Submission and Copyright Form Submission

1. Final "camera-ready" manuscript

The final "camera-ready" manuscript of your paper should be submitted in the same manner as the review manuscript using EDAS at http://edas.info/showPaper.php?m=1569467049 before 15th August 2011.

2. Electronic copyright form

Copyright form should be submitted through EDAS that allows you to submit copyright form electronically.

 

Accommodation @Sutera Harbour

Special rate for accommodation (at Pacific Sutera and Magellan Sutera) will be given to registered APCC participants. The number of rooms is limited. If interested, please contact Yeow at yeow@tmrnd.com.my.

 

Submission Guideline

All papers will be peer-reviewed and accepted papers of APCC 2011 will be included in IEEE Xplore listing. The paper submission procedure will be managed via EDAS.

Submission link: http://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=10399 . Papers should be a maximum of six (6) pages including figures, tables, references and appendices.

Use the standard IEEE Transactions templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats.

Prospective authors are expected to present their papers at the conference, and at least one author must register at the full rate for publication.
